Spring was fashionably late this year, taking her sweet time and leaving us with cold, snowy and ultimately miserable weather through mid April. I'm happy to say Spring has finally arrived, the daffodils have bloomed and my lilac bushes are starting to bud out (probably for the third time this year). Unfortunately though, literally everything still looks dead- the trees are bare, ground cover is just barely returning to green from its yellow-brown winter state, and so on. To remedy this, and to get our fix for some pretty flowers, Zo and I took a trip to our local grocery parking lot greenhouse and had fun playing in the rows of color! We had so much fun, we actually ended up being there for a while, like over an hour, just hanging out with the plants and enjoying the weather.
Zo got to model an awesome new bow from Inspired by Evie. She definitely had a blast with this one and may or may not have been running through the aisles out of sheer enjoyment.
She also managed to wiggle her 2nd loose tooth out, so she was very proud of that!
Check out Inspired by Evie if you're ever in need of a bow or two!
