The beginning of October this year was the worst! I definitely thought we were going to end the year with nothing but rain for the last three months and that all my sessions would be dreary and cold. Fortunately the rain did clear up after a couple weeks and we were able to reschedule the many sessions that did, in fact, get rained out! Megan's senior session was one of those sessions, although we did end up meeting up briefly downtown for about 20 minutes before it started pouring. There is a really cool new mural in downtown Iowa City that I loved shooting at and we did a couple near the Old Capital as well but quickly had to call it due to the storm. The next time we met up was early November to get a few more photos in at Woodpecker Trail by the Coralville Reservoir. We even got a silhouette shot in (as I said, my new favorite)! I am so grateful that Megan and her mom were willing to come out a second time for more photos.
